TESBROS Return Policy

At TESBROS, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. Understanding that sometimes an item may not be what you expected, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be uninstalled, unused, and returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
• You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items.
• No refunds on products designated as non-returnable on our site. *See exceptions below.

Exceptions

• Products must be in unused condition and in their original or comparable packaging.
• Custom-made items like the DIY Full Body Vinyl Wrap for Cybertruck are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refund Details

• Refunds will reflect the actual price paid after any promotions, discounts, or credits.
• Original shipping fees are not refundable.
• If the purchase included free or discounted promotional items, these must be returned, or their retail price will be deducted from the refund.

Sale Price Adjustment

• Eligible for a sale price adjustment within 7 days of order placement if the item was not on sale at the time of purchase.
• No adjustments for purchases made more than 7 days from the purchase date.

Processing Your Return

• Refunds are processed within two business days of return receipt.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Allow 2-7 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your bank.

Return Process

1. Visit our returns center.
2. Enter your order number and email address to start.
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
4. After approval, receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Returnable Items

• Must be returned within 30 days from purchase.
• In unused and resellable condition.
• In original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• DIY Full Body Vinyl Wrap for Cybertruck.
• DIY Protection Kits for Model Y, Model 3, and Model S.
• Active 2.0 Pressure Washer.
• Gift cards.

Damaged Items

• If your item is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

• Exchanges allowed for selectable variants.
• Replacement item shipped upon approval of exchange request.

Refund Options

• Refund to original payment method.
• Refund to store credit (if applicable).

Shipping Returned Items

• Follow instructions in the return request confirmation email.

Refund Timeline

• Refund processed within 5-7 working days after return inspection and approval.
